This project brought a colouring book character named Wade to life through animation. The goal was to transform Wade into dynamic, story driven segments that share water conservation tips in a friendly, approachable way, with a smooth and natural flow throughout. I led the creative direction and handled the full production, including graphics, design, animation, voice acting, music, sound design, and the development of colour palettes to keep the visuals cohesive.
The video follows Wade, a snowflake turned water droplet, on an adventurous journey that highlights the importance of water conservation for Airdrie’s water supply. Through storytelling and playful animation, the piece delivers an educational message in a warm and engaging way.
